RTE Guide slashes Christmas charges

RTE Publishing has cut its display advertising rates for its Christmas double issue of the RTE Guide by 23 per cent. The rate card cost of a page drops from €12,840 to €9,950, a spokesperson confirmed. The magazine will have a run of 520,000 with a potential readership of two million.
Last year, 420,000 copies of the bumper issue were sold. The Christmas edition, published on December 8th, includes TV and radio listings from December 19th to New Year’s Day. Advertisers have until November 6th to book space, with copy required by November 20th.
