Boys+Girls expands agency’s board

Independent creative agency Boys+Girls has expanded its board of directors for the first time to include three key members of staff, namely strategic director Aoife Murphy, production director Derek Doyle and relationship director Caroline Keogh. They join current agency founders Patrick Meade, Margaret Gilsenan, Pat Stephenson and Rory Hamilton.

Also on the board are two non-executive members, Peter Byers and chairman Robert Senior.

Boys+Girls managing director Patrick Meade said that in a business where the founders are still involved day to day, the founders felt that the agency’s goals could be best achieved by promoting and fostering the talent within the agency and giving these executives a chance to input to the strategic direction and running of the agency.
