After a competitive pitch process, CKSK has been appointed by Eircom as the Meteor digital agency. Launched six years ago, CKSK is an Irish-owned agency with offices in Dublin, New York and Amsterdam. Commenting on the news, Meadhbh Quinn (above), Meteor’s head of marcoms and brand, said as online’s role in marketing continues to grow, it is important the company has the right agencies working on its business.
Cillian Kieran, chief executive, CKSK, said adding Meteor further shows the agency’s strategic and creative abilities across a portfolio of FMCG, youth, technology and alcohol brands. Meteor’s digital incumbent, Bluecube, will continue to work on the Meteor social media management piece of the business.
