Fanta goes all spooky with HalloweenFM.ie

HalloweenFM.ie, Ireland’s first ever Halloween radio station, will creep online from next Wednesday to bring audiences the nightmare of the eve of the Christian feast of All Hallows’ Day for 10 days in a concept developed by MediaCom for Fanta. The digital station promises to play wickedly good music and will be the soundtrack to Halloween celebrations.

Created by the Radio Hub, the station will allow listeners to enjoy a wide range of music from a mix of upbeat Halloween-inspired hits to a collection of spooky songs and classics. Listeners will be entertained by a host of familiar voices presenting on the station for the 10 days ensuring everyone can get in the mood for this year’s trick or treat celebrations.

Coca-Cola brand manager Eimhear Daly said a limited-edition Fanta flavour, Dark Orange, comes with scary snapchat filters on packs and exciting consumer events. HalloweenFM.ie will broadcast from the Ballsbridge Hotel in Dublin. Pictured are Garvan Rigby, Radio Hub; Eimhear Daly, Fionnuala Moran, presenter and Eoin Corrigan, Mediacom.
