Blogger Donal Skehan and Aoife McGuigan, Unilever Food Solutions, at the launch of the good mood food campaign
Food blogger Donal Skehan has joined up with Unilever Food Solutions to bring what he describes as “the power of good mood food” to students in secondary schools and IT colleges across Ireland. To take part, teachers and school chefs request an information pack and recipes when they place their order with their local Unilever sales rep.
The information pack has posters for school canteens and recipe cards that students can take home to try out for themselves. All schools and colleges are entered into a competition to win a masterclass with Skehan and learn about foods that can help boost mood, memory and concentration powers.
The Unilever campaign starts this month with the masterclass in April. Skehan, 23, has been described as Ireland’s answer to Jamie Oliver. His blog is http://www.thegoodmoodfoodblog.com/
