ICAD extends Creative Shorts entry deadline

The Institute of Creative Advertising & Design (ICAD) has extended its call for entries for the inaugural  Creative Shorts until Thursday, September 11th 2019. Creative Shorts is an annual event which brings creatives together to celebrate work made by ICAD folks when they are off the clock, that is outside a work context. Criteria for the initiative is as follows….

  • The key creatives working in Irish advertising and design.
  • Work submitted has been produced outside of a work context.
  • Work created within the last two years.
  • Videos should be no longer than 15 minutes long.
  • Work can include live-action, animation, short documentaries and music videos.

Anyone who is unsure whether or not their work might qualify should email info@icad.ie

ICAD says Creative Shorts is not a competition, but rather a curated evening of short film and a way to salute the work of writers, directors, animators and designers. Although it is ensured that work included is engaging and of a high quality, the aim is to feature a mix of projects which reflects the broad spectrum of interesting creative work out there.
