RTÉ Media Sales has signed up Sky Fibre as the new sponsor of The Ryan Tubridy Show for an undisclosed sum. The morning show is broadcast from 9am-10am on weekdays and currently has over 319,000 listeners. The year long deal includes 15 sponsor credited stings a week, cross-station promos in Morning Ireland, Today with Sean O’ Rourke, Liveline, Drivetime with Mary Wilson, as well as podcast and homepage sponsorship.
Speaking about the deal, Michael Markey, head of brand marketing at Sky Ireland, said that as Ireland’s fastest growing broadband provider, Sky Fibre was sponsoring the radio show to help them further extend the reach of consumer messages to customers. Sky sponsored the Tubridy-hosted Late Late Show on RTE 1 Television before Renault’s return. The radio deal sponsorship deal was brokered by MediaCom on behalf of Sky Ireland.
