Rothco director Richard Carr is in Thailand today in preparation for a presentation of Tiger beer work to Asia Pacific Breweries (APB) global conference in Bangkok tomorrow. The Dublin agency was confirmed as Tiger’s global creative agency following a three-way contest with JWT Singapore and London agency Exposure.
Seven agencies originally presented proposals to Singapore-based APB. The other four were BBDO, Iris, Ogilvy and Y&R, which is the brand’s agency of record for the Far East region. DDB is the incumbent creative agency in Singapore. Rothco handles Heineken in Ireland, working to new marketing director Sharon Walsh.
