Irish International to tackle NFL

Navy v Notre Dame

Irish International continues a winning run by being appointed as lead creative agency for America’s NFL football league in the UK and Ireland. The NFL is said to be investing heavily as it seeks to grow its fan base in these islands. It doubled the number of international series games in London and has signed a deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars which guarantees at least one home game a year for the next four years.

The NFL team may move its home base to London. Other recent wins for Irish International include Bord Bia and Newstalk, as Denis O’Brien’s station talks up Pat Kenny’s new current affairs show. The agency retained the Road Safety Authority (RSA) account after a competitive pitch. It was recently appointed as lead shopper marketing agency for Mars in Europe. The agency is part of BBDO Worldwide, which is owned by Omnicom.
