O’Donnells looks to Roz Purcell to spice up crisps

O’Donnells, the hand cooked crisps brand owned by Tayto’s German parent Intersnack, has rolled out two new limited-edition flavours. Fronting the new spiced chutney and aromatic sweet ‘n’ sour flavours is influencer and blogger Roz Purcell, who like the O’Donnells potatoes is native to Tipperary. The former model has worked with the brand in recent years.

The O’Donnells grow their potatoes at Seskin Farm in Kilsheelan, near Clonmel.

In 2007, Ed O’ Donnell, a young seventh-generation farmer, looked to diversify in order to protect the future of the family farm. The creation of O’Donnells crisps in 2010 was borne of his desire to try his hand at something new. Since launch, it has grown to become Ireland’s top hand cooked crisps and the country’s third best-selling brand of crisps.

The two new limited-edition crisp flavours are available in sharing bags until December.
