The Marketing Society Future Council have announced that they will be recruiting three new members at the start of the new year. The invitation to apply is open to those who have been working in the industry for five years or less. Volunteering with the council, provides members with an opportunity to expand their professional network by attending relevant events.
Sponsored by INM, the council arranges networking events for their peers that offer thought leadership and practical takeouts on topics promoting professional development. Application forms are on the Marketing Society website. The date for submissions is 5pm on Friday, December 14. Applications should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The recruitment follows council’s event in in the Lighthouse Cinema on ‘How to Crack Christmas’. Speakers included Paul Buckley, head of social media at Aer Lingus. Buckley was followed by Patrick Hamill and Mark Nutley, pictured above, the Irish International/BBDO creative team behind the iconic Guinness Christmas ad, who are now freelance.
